Rule 4
In addition to the matters mentioned in sub-section (3) of section 11 of the Act, the following details must also be disclosed in the employment contract made between the worker and the employer in accordance with the Act
and this regulation:-
(a) Type of employment,
(b) Main work and position to be performed by the worker,
(c) Regulations made under section 108 of the Act forming an integral part of the contract,
(d) The place, time and date on which the contract of employment is concluded,
(e) Other necessary conditions related to the service or work provided by the worker.
